Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For premium carbon frames and custom builds, please allow up to 10 business days for specialized handling and calibration.
Do bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step video guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused components. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
You can refer to our interactive Size Finder on each product page. Simply input your height and inseam measurement, and we will recommend the optimal frame geometry for your body type.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Bici frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and accessories are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
